I think Production Managers would be glad to have access to the Job Board resources, and it would hopefully make finding work easier since they frequently hire! Maybe there could be a Facebook/Instagram post about Chicago Costume Community and how to join oriented to PMs, and folks could share it with PMs they know who are somewhat consistently looking for people to hire!

Hi Auden,
Thanks for your thoughts. The founders and admin team have created the Chicago Costume Community as a safe dedicated space for open sharing between costume and wig professionals. On our home page we invite those outside the industry to contact us if they would like to reach the community. I will plan to email the area production managers to let them know about our community and to email us with their listing.
