Puppet and Mask Makers!
Hey all!
I'm looking for mask and/or puppet makers to work on a remount rehearsing in Chicago (Lookinglass Circus Quixote) at the end of January through the middle of February. We are rebuilding 4 costume based puppets and adding mask, all of which will be used in very acrobatic and circus specific ways.
In an ideal world the first version could be built to be used in rehearsal with a couple of fine tuning fittings for movement before it leave town for tech.
The actors are mostly Chicago based, so could possibly wrangle a pre-rehearsal fitting.
Pay can be hourly or project specific bid, whichever is best. The budget is comfortable durability and quality craftsmanship is the goal.
