TimeLine Theatre Wardrobe Run Crew
TimeLine Theatre is in need of a Wardrobe Run Crew team member for our show that goes into tech next week, Hundreds and Hundreds of Stars, by Sandra Delgado.
This position is primarily the wardrobe support for the production, but part of the additional responsibilities include helping with scene changes during the show (when not prioritizing wardrobe).
Compensation & Timeline
$20/hour
W2 Employee
30-40 hours per week, OT over 40 hours
Starts 9/30, through 11/9 (possible extension through 11/23)
Responsibilities
prep costumes for each tech and performance, as determined with costume designer, costume supervisor and production manager
check to make sure all pieces are present and in the right location,
steam/press anything that is wrinkled,
complete any costume repairs that are listed in the dressing room or in the performance report from the previous night,
restyle any wigs as needed - note: wig maintenance has additional support available;
run all wardrobe duties during each performance, including quick changes and any emergency repairs, with precise track to be determined in conjunction with stage management;
assist with scenic and prop shifts during each performance, when other deck crew needs assistance
Daily performance laundry, laundry on premise
coordinate pick up and return of dry cleaning with cleaners at the end of each performance week;
check in each piece and return it to the appropriate rack in the dressing room when dry cleaning returns to performance location;
